At Bugstore, we are committed to providing you the best collection of anime action figures and collectible toys in India. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy 7-day return policy for your convenience.
Eligibility for Return Policy:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Only store credit will be provided upon return approval.
- Return requests must include unboxing video (for damaged/defective products).
Non-Refundable:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns without original packaging or damaged by the customer are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at bugindia7@gmail.com within 7 days.
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a product image or video.
- Once approved, you can ship the item to our warehouse (address will be shared via email).
- After quality check, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 working days.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Store credits can be used on any future purchase.
